What comes off our machines
High quality cut/sew knits
- Cut-and-sew jersey. Tees, long sleeves, polos, dresses and layering in cotton, cotton blends, modal, viscose and Tencel.
- Piqué and structured knits. Classic and technical piqué, waffle, engineered stripe, jacquard, interlock and rib.
- French terry and fleece. Sweatshirts, hoodies, joggers and full loungewear sets, brushed or loopback, from lightweight summer terry to heavy weights.
- Woven-like knits. Seersucker, corduroy, performance/commuter tech, flannel, twill and knit denim.
- Specialty knits. Embroidery, pointelle, ponte, bouclé, ottoman and custom colourways developed to a handfeel target.
Men's, women's, children's
Womenswear
Multi-colour, multi-delivery programmes where the constraint is calendar rather than construction. We platform the base qualities so newness comes from colour and finish, which keeps lab dip volume and yarn minimums under control across a wide assortment. Extended sizing developed into the block.
Menswear
Core and carryover programmes where repeat consistency is the whole game. Approved pre-production samples and graded specs are retained between seasons, and repeats run on the same yarn position and finishing route so delivery six matches delivery one.
Childrenswear
Deep size sets from layette through teen, with grade rules that hold across every break. Construction decisions are made against European safety standards at design stage — drawcord alternatives, trim attachment strength, nickel-release-compliant hardware — and testing runs to your protocol or to a standard childrenswear package.
The one change that does most for cost and calendar
Most brands develop fabric style by style. Every season produces new constructions, each carrying its own yarn minimum, its own lab dips and its own risk. Nothing consolidates, so cost stays high and the calendar never shortens.
Platforming inverts it. We identify a small set of base constructions that can carry a large share of the line — typically a jersey, a terry, a rib and one specialty base — and build seasonal newness through colour, finish, wash and trim. Yarn buys consolidate across styles and often across categories, lab dip volume falls, and development time moves from fabric approval to fit and design.
Across a men’s, women’s and kids assortment the effect compounds, because the same base quality can carry a men’s core tee, a women’s dress and a kids’ set at three different weights of the same construction.
